Production Process
This was going to be the background for my poster but I decided against it as I felt it didn't really feel it made sense to how I wanted to portray my poster to the audience.
When I decided to add text over the top of my poster I thought it would looked weird with the smaller text so I made some of it bigger to stand out.
I was originally going to have the lead cast in white at the top of the page, however I decided against this because it didn't go well with the tagline. So I changed it to match the colour title.
This is the final outcome with the poster. After these changed I kept them as I thought the contrast was good between the text. I liked how the bold text stood out with the thinner text.
I moved the credit block and main title up slightly to have a gap between the text and the edge of the poster. Also, I moved the star names down so it also had a gap from the edge of the poster and the top of the text.
I decided to add some famous logos to the bottom of the page so make it look more realistic and professional.
Production: Photo-Shoot
I used low key lighting for this photograph. I decided to use a close up as that is the shot type I needed for my poster. I made sure they were wearing a hoodie. Also, I made sure the model was looking directly into the camera lens.

Evaluation of Process
Throughout the process of making this poster, I made sure to follow the required steps to ensure that my poster is the best of my ability whilst still following the guidelines.
Firstly, I created a Location Recce. My Location Recce was for the Photography Studio in the C Block Corridor and Long Road Sixth Form College. In my Location Recce it includes photos of objects or something in the Studio which is significant and may help or distress someone whilst taking photos. Also, it has the site details in case of an emergency.
Secondly, I have made a Risk Assessment for the Photography Studio. This includes: Hazards, Persons who may be harmed, Property which may be damaged, Risk controls already in place and persons responsible for communicating them, Likeliness of happening and further measures needed for reducing risk. I have filled in four different scenarios which are possible to take place.
Thirdly, I made a Risks and Hazards document with a list of things of some things which need to be done for the process to be correct and some that are required for other things other than the poster. Once I figured out which ones I needed to tick, which are involved with the making of my poster, I put a solution which would fix any of those ticks which could have been a mistake.
In conclusion, I believe that these processes helped me a considerable amount throughout the process of my poster making. These processes made sure that my poster followed certain guidelines and kept me on the right tracks to making a good poster.
